We believe the ritual of a great cocktail belongs to everyone — not just those who drink alcohol.
Every cocktail exists in two forms. Same glass, same garnish, same craft. We use premium spirit alternatives — Seedlip, Lyre's, Monday, Pentire — not juice substitutes.
Your glass receives identical attention regardless of what's in it. Our bartenders train in zero-proof technique with the same rigour as classical cocktail craft.
We host guided tastings, wine pairings, and education evenings that explore the growing world of non-alcoholic spirits — with producers who share our philosophy.
